"Arthur Millers unflinching examination of the American Dream.
At sixty-one years old, Willy Loman has been a travelling salesman for thirty-four years. Now, hes been taken off salary and is forced to confront a future on commission. As memories and dreams of the past, ebb and flow, Willys family struggle to engage him in the present.
Death of a Salesman won the Pulitzer Prize in 1949. It is considered to be Millers greatest work and one of the most important plays of the 20th century, still startlingly relevant over sixty years after its premiere.

Willy Loman never made a lot of money. His name was never in the paper. Hes not the finest character that ever lived. But hes a human being, and a terrible thing is happening to him. So attention must be paid.
