The Playhouse Youth Theatre aims to open up and open out the expertise and resources of the theatre by engaging young people in creative opportunities through the production of high quality performance work.

Through the collaborative process of making theatre by young people for young people, the Youth Theatre will produce work that responds to the lives of the participants and recognises their talents. The Youth Theatre is committed to raising aspirations whilst developing skills, knowledge and understanding of young peoples' experiences of making theatre.
