PLAYWRITING COMPETITION:
NEW SHORT PLAYS FOR THE
2012-14 FUN ART BUS
The Inter-Action Fun Art Bus takes to the road in 2012;
you may wish to have a play performed on it.
What's the wildest play you can imagine being
performed on a Routemaster bus?
Plays should be:
Between 2 and 12 minutes in length
For a diverse cast of 1 to 5
Of any genre, but suitable for a mixed
audience of all ages including children
May include music and dance
Submitted by writers living in the UK
The Inter-Action Fun Art Bus has three performance spaces:
A small proscenium arch theatre on the upper deck (the main stage)
An outside space at the side of the bus under a canopy
A 'window-box' mime theatre

The six winning entries will be produced on the bus and published in
relevant publications. The first Fun Art Bus book was published by
Methuen Playscripts
All performances will be free of charge
